For 22 years Mr. Jackson served as the CEO of a Danish owned multi-national group, manufacturing computer printer supplies in 12 countries and selling in over 100 countries. On the sale of the group in 1996 he embarked on a career in consultancy. During this time he has been a director of both private and public companies and represented a major Venture Capital Group.

Mr. Jackson's focus has been to advise boards mostly on strategy, business planning and marketing. He has been instrumental in numerous turnarounds, acquisitions, the stock market floatation and disposals. Mr. Jackson's experience in unlocking board effectiveness and resolving familial shareholder challenges has been crucial. The businesses included construction, a parcel airline, fruit and vegetable import, medical services, industrial/medical chart manufacture and others.

Previously working in a joint venture with Ray Brimble in the computer printer supplies manufacture, in 2001 Mr. Jackson was asked via Brimble to join forces in the expansion of Lynxs to Europe and beyond; and now that vision has now translated into the global expansion of the Lynxs Group. Mr. Jackson serves as the executive director and a board member of the Lynxs Group.
