A seasoned executive with executive management, international sales, marketing, operations, finance and legal experience, Ray was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Titan Aviation Leasing, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAWW) and a global leader in airfreight outsourcing solutions. Prior to Titan, Ray worked with GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), a leader in financing and leasing commercial aircraft, engines, spare parts and simulators around the world - Ray was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the Middle East, Africa and Russia/CIS based in Dubai. Previously, he served GECAS as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Asia/Pacific and as Vice President and Legal Counsel. Prior to joining GECAS in 1995, Ray was a corporate attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York specializing in aviation/project finance and banking law.

Ray earned a BA in economics from Bucknell University, a juris doctor with honors from Georgetown University and an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
